After being diagnosed with hearing loss a few years ago I was given hearing aids on the NHS. They would give me headaches and I found that in most situations they didn’t help to improve my hearing, as all sounds were made louder and I did not have clarity. I contacted Fresh Hearing at the end of December after being recommended by my Mum. Nish listened to my hearing concerns at the initial consultation. I had a hearing test and he explained the results to me, which really helped me to understand why I struggle hearing in different situations. Over the last 3 months I trialled 2 types of hearing aids and I have now received my own pair, which perfectly suit my needs. Nish was friendly and professional and a credit to his field. I want to thank Nish and Claudia from Fresh Hearing for their top service throughout. I now wear my hearing aids everyday and couldn’t imagine being without them. They have improved my confidence at work and in social situations and have really improved my quality of life. I can’t recommend Nish and Fresh Hearing enough!
